1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and On Epiphany Lane, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Agreement governs your access to and use of www.onepiphanylane.com and all related subdomains (collectively, the “Sites”). By accessing the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. COMPANY IDENTITY & SERVICES
On Epiphany Lane, LLC is a Texas-based entity and does business as Epiphany Lane Counseling for its Mental Health Therapy Practice. On Epiphany Lane is the trademarked brand name for the professional service umbrella that includes consulting, coaching, education, and training.
Shop Retirement: The physical "Shop On Epiphany Lane" is officially retired. We may engage in affiliate marketing for third-party products; however, purchase of such products is not required for eligibility for our training or clinical services.

3. CLINICAL BOUNDARY & CLIENT STATUS
Visiting this website or purchasing a course does not establish a patient-therapist relationship. Our courses are for educational and coaching purposes only and do not constitute mental health treatment.
Consent: You are not considered a clinical client of Epiphany Lane Counseling until you have completed an intake process and have a signed Clinical Consent for Treatment form on file with us.
Record Retention: Your record of consent and clinical data will be subject to HIPAA compliance and maintained for a period of seven (7) years beyond your last session, or until age 25 for minor client records.

4. SMS & MOBILE MESSAGING PROGRAM
By opting into our mobile messaging service (the “Program”) via LeadDash.io or our website forms, you agree to the following:
Program Description: We use SMS to provide administrative alerts, appointment reminders, lead follow-ups, and marketing updates related to our courses and services.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the mobile number from which you received a message. After you send the message "STOP", we will send you a reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
Help Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance or email info@onepiphanylane.com.
Carriers & Fees: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

5. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) DISCLOSURE
In compliance with Texas HB 149 and SB 1188, we disclose the use of AI technology:
Administrative Use: We use AI for lead routing, social media scheduling, and automated communication. Our virtual phone assistant is AI-driven and will identify itself upon contact.
Clinical Note Formatting: AI may be used to review clinical notes for grammatical errors and formatting purposes.
Human Oversight: Our AI does not make clinical diagnoses or treatment decisions. All AI-generated formatting or summaries are reviewed by a licensed professional for accuracy.
Data Training: We explicitly prohibit our AI vendors from using your personal data or clinical notes to train their general machine learning models.

6. USER ACCOUNTS & COURSE ACCESS
License: Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to access course materials.
No-Sharing Policy: You may not share your login credentials. Unauthorized sharing will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.
Certifications: Certificates of completion or "notices of completion" are awarded based on task fulfillment and do not confer professional licensure.

7. REFUND & CREDIT POLICY
Request Window: Refund requests for digital courses must be submitted in writing to info@onepiphanylane.com within 72 hours of purchase.
Course Credit: If a scheduling conflict arises for a live event or cohort, no cash refund will be given; however, a dated course credit may be issued for a future event at our discretion.
Standard: Because results in therapy and coaching are subjective and not guaranteed, all sales are considered final after the 72-hour window.
