My Journey To founding
on epiphany lane

"

I am today.

"My life  experiences are what led me to become the journeyer

As a Black Woman, navigating the labyrinth of life's challenges, I understand the complexities of identity and the importance of finding solidarity in shared experiences. But my journey doesn't end there; I am also a warrior in the battle against chronic illness, wrestling with Lupus while refusing to let it define me. And with ADHD as an ever-present companion, I've learned to harness its energy, transforming it into a force for boldness and resilience.

My path to becoming an entrepneur began with a profound loss—the passing of my beloved mother on Mother's Day in 2016. In 2018, I embarked on a mission to turn grief into growth, creating a space where her wisdom could live on. "Do what you know to do," she would say, urging me to meet people where they are and guide them toward healing.

With her spirit as my guide, I forged ahead, expanding my practice from therapy to coaching, consulting, and training in 2020. Embracing the lessons of failure and the courage to take risks, I've discovered the power of adaptation and the beauty of resilience.

Our Sessions Are Focused On You.

Sessions will provide you with the space to feel what you need to feel. In feeling safe and comfortable, you'll be able to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals and focus on yourself without feeling selfish.

It's important to us to provide a non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and ensure that the process is collaborative. There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to Counseling. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.

As clinicians, we Embrace The Following Philosophies:

We believe that empathy can change the world

We believe that there is no shame in asking for help

We believe that emotions heal when they are witnessed and validated

We believe that sometimes small steps in the right direction end up being the biggest steps in the end

We believe that loving and accepting ourselves for who we are, scars and all, is one of the most courageous things we can do
