Being a Counselor is an honor. I love helping people become healthier and more empowered and watching their lives flourish. The most rewarding thing about being a Counselor is celebrating when my client's make progress.
I have battled with my own emotional and mental health problems. My struggles are what helped empower me with the ability to identify with other people’s pain.
I am a proud person with ADHD and I didn't receive treatment until adulthood. I understand being sensitive to my environment and people's energy as an empath. I have experienced grief, exhaustion, and overwhelm. I know that people can learn from their pain in order to use it as fuel for the journey.
Hi, I'm Tiffany Lindley. I'm a Nationally Certified Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) who works with adults and youth who have ongoing challenges with depression and anxiety. My goal is to help you stop feeling overwhelmed and depressed and start helping you get back to living life.
Understand people's experiences

Explain mental health symptoms in an easy to understand way
Help clients heal their past and manage the present
People who know me often say that I am a good listener who can help people feel heard and understood which helps people feel seen and start to heal.
Sessions will provide you with the space to feel what you need to feel. In feeling safe and comfortable, you'll be able to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals and focus on yourself without feeling selfish.
It's important to me to provide a non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and ensure that the process is collaborative. There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to Counseling. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.
I believe that empathy can change the world
I believe that there is no shame in asking for help
I believe that emotions heal when they are witnessed and validated
I believe that sometimes small steps in the right direction end up being the biggest steps in the end
I believe that loving and accepting ourselves for who we are, scars and all, is one of the most courageous things we can do
