Counseling,
On Epiphany Lane
At Epiphany Lane Counseling, we provide high-quality, identity-affirming therapy for individuals, couples, and families navigating life's most complex challenges. Our clinicians specialize in trauma, neurodivergence, relational health, and culturally competent care — meeting you exactly where you are.
-
At Epiphany Lane Counseling, we do not view therapy as an open-ended weekly chat. We operate as Clinical Architects—blending neurobiological strategy, somatic regulation, and evidence-based trauma processing to help you break stuck patterns, resolve deep relational deadlock, and step into sustainable alignment.
Whether you are navigating executive burnout, complex trauma, ADHD loops, or high-stakes relationship dynamics, our practice delivers a high-impact, private-pay experience tailored to high-capacity individuals and couples across Texas and Florida.
-
Our framework integrates:
Top-Down Precision: Deep systemic mapping, Gottman-certified relational interventions, Prepare/Enrich diagnostic data, and neuro-inclusive executive function strategy.
Bottom-Up Somatic Integration: Vagus nerve regulation, somatic resets, and sensory optimization to flush out cortisol, calm trauma responses, and ground your body in real time.
We don't just teach you tools to manage your day; we help you rebuild the internal architecture that supports your life.

Investment in Your Path to Clarity
At Epiphany Lane Counseling, we believe therapy is a collaborative investment in your highest self. To provide the most personalized, non-judgmental, and intensive care possible, we operate as a Private Pay and Out-of-Network (OON) practice. This allows us to focus entirely on your specific needs without the "one-size-fits-all" constraints of insurance.
OON Billing Made Simple with Thrizer
We partner with Thrizer to help you maximize your out-of-network benefits. Thrizer allows you to pay only your co-insurance up-front, or it can manage your superbills to ensure you are reimbursed as quickly as possible.
